Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I use my insurance?Your dental health is an important part of your overall health. You and your dentist make treatment decisions. While dental benefits should be taken into account, it should not be a deciding factor in your choice of treatment. We will make every effort possible to assist you with your particular insurance coverage. We will prepare and submit your insurance claim form at no cost, as a courtesy to you. We will also provide an estimate that will show expected insurance reimbursement and your patient share. Because of the complexities of dental insurance plans, this will only be an estimate. You and your insurance company should resolve any coverage disputes. If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, it becomes your obligation. What are my payment options?1. An accounting courtesy of 5% is given for cash or check payments in full at the start of treatment. 2.
