Can I use my insurance? Your dental health is
an important part of your overall health. You and your dentist make treatment decisions. While dental benefits
should be taken into account, it should not be a deciding factor in your choice of treatment.
We will make every effort possible to assist you with your particular
insurance coverage. We will prepare and submit your insurance claim form at no cost, as a courtesy to you. We will also
provide an estimate that will show expected insurance reimbursement and your patient share. Because of the complexities
of dental insurance plans, this will only be an estimate. You and your insurance company should resolve any coverage
disputes. If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, it becomes your obligation.
What are your payment options? An accounting
courtesy of 5% is given for cash or check payments in full at the start of treatment.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express
We also offer CareCredit:
- 3,6, or 12 Month No Interest Payment Plans--as long as you pay the
low minimum monthly payment each month when due, and the balance is full by the end of the 3, 6, or 12 month term, no interest
will be charged on your purchase.
- 24, 36, 48, or 60 Month Low Interest Payment Plans—the annual
percentage rate is lower that average credit cards and makes convenient fixed low minimum monthly payments possible.
Available for treatment fees of $1,000 or more.
- Subject to credit approval

What is your cancellation policy? Our goal is
to provide the best dental care possible. Have you ever considered the effect of a no-show or last minute cancellation
can have on that goal?
- It may take weeks to reschedule you.
- Other patients are denied the treatment they need because we are
left without the necessary time to get them scheduled.
- When you make an appointment, our dentist and hygienists reserve
the required amount of time for your care and prepare for you in advance.
- We realize there can be unforeseen emergencies and we do make allowance
for them, but please have consideration for the time reserved for your treatment.
